Going to med school is almost always synonymous to spending a fortune. Military scholarships

Military scholarships are being offered to those who qualify for officer positions. The military is willing to pay for tuition as well as living expenses, throughout the four years necessary in the completion of medical school. This applies to those who are in the Army, Air Force, or Navy.

National Health Service medical degree support

The National Health Service is willing to provide tuition and living expenses to those who want to train to become primary-care physicians. However, recipients of the scholarship will need to work in needy areas for at least a year, for every year of a scholarship. Students who are interested in devoting eight years in school in order to recieve both an M.D. and research Ph.D. may seek assistance from the National Institutes of Health. The organization is willing to pay both tuition and living expenses through their funding programs, such as the Medical Scientist Training Program. This program is being geared specifically for students who plan on becoming research scientists.

The Cleveland Clinic aims to train future researchers and academic experts. For prospective medical students, specifically those who are qualified, this college of medicine is willing to offer free tuition.
